1.Have a pleasant dream with a sleeping fairy-Three levels of consciousness-

Do you sleep comfortably every night? We are constantly under various stresses and often suffer from insomnia.

There is a famous story in Europe. In the opera "Hansel and Gretel", a sleeping fairy puts sand on the eyes of two people who have finished picking strawberries and puts them to sleep. You know Brahms's "Sleeping Spirit".

Flowers and grass in the moonlight Chasing a dream, nape doesn't hang down, Hiding your voice, the branches make noise, Sleep sleep sleep my child

By the way, when the eyelids become heavier, the "eyes" "hang down" and "sleep", so I literally go into "sleep".

Then, you close your eyes and become unconscious, and the deepest feelings in your heart appear as dreams.

Medically, consciousness involves three levels.

We always feel

① What is consciousness? A level that you can think and judge immediately

② What is preconsciousness? The part of memory that you can remember when you make an effort

③ What is unconsciousness? Words and actions that naturally appear

In addition, it may be roughly divided into the subconscious and the subconscious.

It may be a good idea to think about where your words and actions are related to ①②③.

2.Music cleanses and refreshes-the effect of music on sleep-

In fact, music has a lot of power.

For example, let's say you have a broken heart and are blocked.

At times like this, even if friends and acquaintances comfort you with various words, it is a little difficult to heal your mind.

This is because (1) it works only on the consciousness level.

Music, on the other hand, works directly on all levels ①②③.

① What is consciousness? Level that can be considered and judged immediately

② What is preconsciousness? The part of the memory that you can remember when you make an effort

③ What is unconscious? Words and actions that appear naturally

When you're feeling down, choose music that will soak into your heart, close your eyes and listen.

The black box cleans my mind and rejuvenates me.

The mechanism is shown in the figure.

What you should avoid in the music you use when you sleep is songs that are exciting or emotional with lyrics.

I would like to recommend

  • Baroque music

  • Songs with little movement in melody and rhythm

  • The sound of water droplets and rushing waves as the sound of the natural world

Please make good use of music and have a good dream.
